Terms and Conditions

Delegate registration is open to all.
Registration fee may be paid through Bank Transfer to our Bank for 'Foreign Trade of Vietnam' account.
Registration will be confirmed on realization of payment made and you will get a receipt for the same.
The registration fee should be received in full at VPSA. If the amount is received short, registration will not be confirmed.
Please note that the registration does not include accommodation and local transport.
Access to the business sessions and Lunch/dinner will be controlled through scanning of Delegate Badges.
Delegate Badge provided is non-transferable.
Non-refundable in all cases (including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, natural disasters, epidemics...)
